Questioning techniques
-According to the ESR report, we should ask questions which let the students explore in the English lesson, it is suggested to design questions that suited different students to ask in class.-Teachers should design HHL questions to ask in class during their co planning time. |

New English teacher workshop
-A workshop will be given to the new English teachers as part of the induction scheme.It will be done in August.All information about the English panel will be introduced during the workshops. |

Professional development workshops
Organise 3 professional workshops for local teachers each year to build up teachers’ expertise, increase teachers’ confidence and enrich professional relationships.NETs would be responsible for delivering these workshops and the workshops should be on new teaching strategies to enhance learning and teaching. |
