Po Kok Primary School is a Buddhist whole-day aided school in Hong Kong.

The first Po Kok was established in Causeway Bay in 1931 by Lady Clara Ho Tung to give opportunity for girls to receive a free education.

In 1935, it moved to Tung Lin Kok Yuen, a temple in Happy Valley which is next to its present site and which is also the school's sponsoring body. The school has been aided since 1949.

In 1986, the school was named Po Kok Girls' Middle School (Primary Section). While the secondary School was relocated to Tseung Kwan O in 2000, the Primary school remained in Happy Valley.

In 2003, the school decided to admit boys, which changed it to a co-educational school and it was named Po Kok Primary School.

In 2006, Po Kok Primary School Incorporated Management Committee has been established.

In 2007, become one of the Non-Chinese Speaking Students' Designated School.

In 2011, Eighty years of school creation .

In 2019, Ms Lisa Yeung retired from her position as the School Supervisor and Dr Ernest Ng took over the role as the new School Supervisor.

In 2021, Ms Anita Lee took over the role as the new School Supervisor.

Today, Po Kok School is well known throughout Hong Kong and with its unique history and building structure, its quiet and peaceful setting, it is home to many students from all nations in the area.
